Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using WanderSolo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

WanderSolo is a solo travel planning application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized travel itineraries. You provide a destination, budget, and trip duration, and the app produces a suggested plan including neighborhoods, activities, accommodations, and safety information (on paid tiers).

Subscriptions and Payments

WanderSolo offers the following plans:

• Free: Access to showcase itineraries for select cities. No AI-generated plans.
• Monthly ($4.99/month): Up to 20 AI-generated plans per month, including safety scores.
• Yearly ($29.99/year): Up to 25 AI-generated plans per month, including safety scores.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed through your device's subscription settings. You may cancel at any time through Apple's subscription management. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Subscription limits reset monthly on the calendar month regardless of your billing date.

AI-Generated Content

Travel plans generated by WanderSolo are produced by an AI language model and are provided for informational and planning purposes only. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

WanderSolo is a planning tool, not a travel authority. You are solely responsible for verifying all travel information, including but not limited to:

• Entry and visa requirements
• Safety and security conditions
• Accommodation availability and pricing
• Local laws and regulations
• Health and vaccination requirements

Always consult official government sources, embassies, and reputable travel services before making travel decisions.

User Content

You retain ownership of all trip details, notes, and other content you create within WanderSolo. Trip data is stored locally on your device and is not shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy (i.e., trip destination/budget/duration sent to our AI service when you request a plan).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or rate limiting
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Disclaimer of Warranties

WanderSolo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated plans will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WanderSolo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any AI-generated travel information.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
